- Hirara Port (about 5 minutes by shuttle): we meet your ferry or cruise ship. Call the store just before you board the shuttle bus from the ship.
- Hotels on the island: picking you up and dropping you off is free; delivering the car to or collecting it from your hotel costs ¥1,000–4,000 depending on distance. Same-day requests cannot be accepted; please ask by the day before.

Delivery and one-way return

Return and payment
- Return by 18:00. Returns between 8:00–9:00 and 18:00–19:00 are possible for an out-of-hours fee of ¥3,300.
- The last shuttle to Miyako Airport leaves at 17:45.
- The base rate is paid by credit card or bank transfer when you book. Extension fees and other settlements are paid on return (cash, credit card, or contactless payment by smartphone or card).
- No pro-rated refund is given if you return the car early for your own reasons.
