One thing (my own fault): at the rental-car shuttle stop on the airport's first floor, other companies' shuttles were arriving, so I assumed ours would come at a set time. It took me a while to notice that I had to scan the QR code on the sign and message them on LINE. It would help if this were easier to notice on arrival. I'd use them again — it was a great trip to Okinawa.

SUVを借りたくてルアナにしたが車も綺麗できちんと整備されて良かった。また店員の対応もスムーズで丁寧で良かった。1点私がいけないのだが、送迎時、空港1階のレンタカー送迎所のところで他の会社は送迎が来ていたので、時間で来るものだと思って待っていたが、なかなか来ないので看板をみると看板右隅に記載されたQRコードを読み込んでラインで連絡し無ければならないことにしばらく気が付かなった。もしかすると予約時にそのような連絡があったかもしれないが着いてからすぐ気がつけるようにしていただけたら有難かった。また利用したい。良い沖縄旅行になりました、ありがとうございました。
