The minivan class consists of the Toyota Sienta (7 seats, ¥10,000–16,000 a day) and the Mitsubishi Delica D:5 (8 seats, ¥12,000–18,000 a day; ¥11,000–17,000 at Naha Airport), only vehicles first registered in 2019 (Reiwa 1) or later. Minimum 2 days. Insurance and tax included. Up to two child seats can be fitted with advance reservation.

- Sienta: compact footprint that is easy on Miyakojima’s narrow roads, with a low floor that makes it easy for small children and older passengers to get in and out.
- Delica D:5: tall and spacious. Best for 8 passengers, or 6 passengers with a lot of luggage.
