Luana Rent a Car’s monthly rental is a long-stay plan at the Miyakojima store, from a minimum of 30 days. Rates start at ¥35,000 per 30 days (tax included; about ¥1,167 a day). There are three classes: the budget kei car class (the model cannot be chosen), Tanto (LA650S) and Vitz (KSP130), with eight dedicated monthly cars in total. Rentals of 6 months or more are charged the off-season rate for the whole period, including the busy season.

There are eight dedicated monthly cars, so please apply early. Monthly cars are not covered by the “new cars only” guarantee for short rentals; model years vary by car.

Do the cars have navigation?
The Tanto and Vitz have navigation, ETC and a rear camera. The budget kei car class does not, but it comes with an FM transmitter.
Is insurance included?
Every car is covered by motor insurance. We will explain the coverage when you apply.
How do I apply and pick up the car?
Check availability and apply; we will contact you within 24 hours. Once the booking is confirmed and paid, we hand over the car at the store (we run a shuttle between Miyako Airport and the store).
